Our German dream
After having earned our spurs as a teacher and as an interim organization consultant, it was time to take a new course. In December 2018 our house in Elst (Gelderland) was sold. After having lived in a restored hay barn in the Betuwe for a while, it was time to realize our dream: a B&B in Germany. In June 2019 we visited the Gästehaus Hoxel for the first time and…. we were in love and sold! At the end of September 2019 we started the renovation and from December 23, 2019 we will receive guests. We are happy to share our enthusiasm with you, so that you can look back on a great experience in the Hunsrück when you return home. From October 1, 2019 our slogan is: "Hello Hoxel, wir sind da und bleiben!" Hoxel lies on the border of the beautiful Hunsrück and the fairytale Idarwald. Our B&B is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers, winter sports enthusiasts, motorcyclists and especially for all bon vivants.
